Support Workers are the backbone to all care providers and at Alert Health 24, we truly value their hard work and dedication to offering the best possible support. Without them, the jobs of Senior HCAs and RGNs would be significantly more challenging!
Life as a Support Worker
Working as a support worker in a care home can be a rewarding and fulfilling career choice. All our staff play a vital role in providing care and support to residents who may have physical or mental health conditions, disabilities or dementia. You will work as part of a team to ensure that residents receive the best possible care, and it will be your responsibility to support them with daily activities, such as personal care, mobility support and medication management.
Our promise to you
We believe that the relationship between the support worker and client is critical in providing the best possible care. That's why we take the time to match our clients with the right support worker, based on their individual needs and preferences. We understand that every client is unique, and we strive to provide a personalised service that meets their individual needs.
We also understand the importance of continuity of care, and we aim to provide the same support worker to our clients wherever possible. This helps to build a trusting and meaningful relationship, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
If you've thought about starting a career as a Support Worker, we would love to hear from you. You can apply for a role with Alert Health 24 without any prior experience, just simply get in touch with a member of our team and we'll take care of the rest!
