Working as a support worker in a care home can be a rewarding and fulfilling career choice. All our staff play a vital role in providing care and support to residents who may have physical or mental health conditions, disabilities or dementia. You will work as part of a team to ensure that residents receive the best possible care, and it will be your responsibility to support them with daily activities, such as personal care, mobility support and medication management.
