First I filled out an online form, and then the MD rang to introduce himself. What a nice thing to do! The Alert Health staff are really helpful and got me shifts to suit my preferences. They're a really friendly bunch and were able to reassure me on any concerns I had.

I have had the pleasure of booking agency staff with Alert 24 for the last 5 weeks since I started working in my Nursing Home. I have found both the staff that I have dealt with to be very helpful, friendly and accommodating. All requests I have made, have been dealt with efficiently, with quick responses and include the details of who will cover the shift. I have never had a problem getting the phone or email answered, even out of hours, and feel that I can rely on them to do their best to help.

I’ve been working for Alert Health for only a short while, but whenever I went to a new workplace they would always email or phone and ask for my feedback, and also give me feedback from the homes. When the COVID-19 crisis started, their offices shut, but they still carry on working hard from home. Every email and phone call gets answered too and they’re always happy to help their staff.
