REFER A FRIEND TO ALERT HEALTH 24

If you successfully recommend a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to us, as an active staff member - you will receive a £50 bonus when your recommendation works their first booking with us!

Once they've then worked 150 hours, you will recieve a further bonus of £200!

If you successfully recommend a Registered Nurse (RGN) to us, as an active staff member - you will receive a £100 bonus when your recommendation works their first booking with us!

And then once they've then worked 150 hours, you will recieve a further bonus of £400!

Terms and Conditions

1. All recommend healthcare staff must have a minimum of 3 months relevant care experience in the UK within the last 12 months and all registered nurses must have a minimum of 6 months professional nursing experience in the UK and have a valid NMC Pin Number. 
2. All recommendations must be made in writing to Alert Health 24, stating the persons name, healthcare grade, location, contact details and confirm that the person being recommended has given their permission to you to share their details with AH24.
3. You must inform your friend that someone from your local AH24 branch will be contacting them to discuss the recommendation and their suitability for AH24.
4. You cannot recommend anyone who is already in the recruitment process. 
5. Any recommended staff must successfully pass the AH24 Registration process and work a minimum of 150 within the first three months of their first booking. 
6. In order to receive the bonus, you must be an active staff member for AH24 and have worked within the 4 weeks prior to the bonus being due.
7. If you or the staff member recommended are being investigated or are part of any performance management process, the R.A.F offer will be cancelled for that particular recommendation. 
8. All payments are subject to tax and NI contributions (where applicable)
9. The decision of the Directors is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
