High Volume of Work
We have a high volume of work available, which means you can be reassured that you will be able to work the number of shifts that suit you. Our aim is to provide you with work that is local to you and best fits with your weekly routine.
Electronic Timesheets
We understand that filling out paper timesheets and posting them or delivering them by hand to an office can be time consuming and cause inconvenience. We have eliminated this stress by enabling you to submit your weekly timesheet electronically using a smart phone or device. You are also able to view your own diary, see your shifts, have access to a mileage counter and Google Maps.
Flexible Working
We appreciate that you will have your own personal commitments, this is exactly the reason why we offer flexible working. You will be able to choose and select which shifts you would like to work without any pressure or expectation to work any more hours than you have stated.
Local Branches
Unlike some other agencies, we have local offices that are there for you to use at your convenience. Our office staff have knowledge of the local area and are therefore able to place you in the right care environment. If you would like support or want to speak to someone face to face our local offices are there for you.
Training
We pride ourselves on the competence of our staff. We can offer you a range of different comprehensive training courses and development opportunities so that you can continue your professional development whilst working. These courses are delivered both face to face in a classroom setting and remotely, online. This enables you to complete them as and when it is convenient for you.
NVQ (National Vocational Qualification)
In addition to the training courses mentioned above there is also the opportunity to enrol on courses at NVQ level (levels 2-5). This is fully funded and available at no cost to you.
Market Leading Pay Rates
We recognise and value the hard work that you do and match our rates of pay accordingly. We offer market leading pay rates to honour you for your hard work.
Weekly Pay
You will be paid on a weekly basis which means that the hours you work will be paid the following week. However, if you would prefer to be paid monthly this can be arranged for you so please do not hesitate to ask. There is no need for an accountant or complicated tax paperwork because this is all sorted for you. When you have worked with us for 6 months you are able to sign up for a people’s pension.
Holiday Pay
We appreciate how important it is to have a break from work to look after yourself and your wellbeing. Being able to celebrate your birthday, attend your child’s school play or to just have some quality time to your self is so important and the reason why we will pay you holiday pay once you have accrued enough hours.
