Due to ongoing company growth, we are looking for a number of weekend Out of Hours Customer Service Advisors to join our team.
About the role….
Working from home you will be the first point of contact for staff and clients outside of office hours, ensuring quality standards are always maintained.
Assisting the local branches, you will regularly be booking healthcare professionals into shifts, communicating with clients and staff, making sure all details are recorded accurately on our bespoke booking system.

· Have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
· Possess above average communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
· Be professional and efficient with call handling.
· Have strong IT skills.
Hours of work….
Weekends shifts are Saturday 14:30 - Sunday 11:30 and Sunday 11:30 - Monday 08:00. Although we may be able to offer flexibility.
