We are currently supporting various homes throughout Shrewsbury with support workers to help residents with Learning disabilities, Autism or a Mental Health disorder live a fulfilling and varied life.

Our clients need quality support workers to join us and support their services when they are in need.

 

The Role:

As a Support Worker you will be looking after the well-being of vulnerable people in a number of different environments. You goal will be to support individuals to live their lives as independently as possible, to reach their potential and achieve their goals through both practical and emotional support.

 

Requirements:

• The right to work in the UK
• A minimum of 3 months professional care experience in the UK in the last 2 years
• An up-to-date moving and handling certificate (Training will be provided)
• A desire to make a difference!
