The Role: We're seeking Support Workers to make a meaningful impact in Learning Disability settings across varying shifts (Early/Late, Long Days, Nights) in Cirencester and nearby locations. The hourly pay ranges between £12.50 and £14.75, with additional holiday pay and enhanced rates for Bank Holidays. You'll provide support for individuals in daily activities, fostering independence, and building meaningful relationships. You will work independently or as part of a team, adapting to different support settings.

Requirements: Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 months of recent professional support work experience in the UK, the legal right to work in the UK, and an up-to-date moving and handling certificate. A valid driver's license is essential. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to promoting independence.
