We provide staffing to children’s residential homes, supported living services, and specialist care settings – and we have a high volume of work available now.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting children and young people in residential and supported living settings

• Helping with daily routines, activities, and promoting independence

• Providing emotional and practical support in a safe, nurturing environment

• Supporting children who may have complex needs, emotional or behavioural challenges

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of paid UK care or support experience working with children

• Proof of right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)

• A patient, caring, and committed approach

• Willingness to complete any required training (paid for by us)

• Ability to travel to various children’s services in Taunton and surrounding areas
