We're actively seeking Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our branch in South and West Wales, working in Swansea and the surrounding areas. We have opportunities in various Care/Learning Disability settings, working a variety of different shift patterns!

As a Health Care Assistant or Support Worker for Alert Health 24, You could be working in a wide range of care settings including Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Supported Living & Learning Disability Settings.

 

 

Requirements Of You:

• A minimum of 3 months professional care experience in the past 2 years
• The right to work in the UK
• An up-to-date moving and handling certificate (Training can be provided)
• A desire to make a difference!
