We currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join us in the role of Head of Recruitment & Retention.

Our approach to providing quality care is like no other. Primarily supporting care settings, such as Nursing/Residential homes, Learning Disability/Supported Living environments, we work towards developing collaborative relationships with our clients.

About you:

  • At least 2 years’ experience delivering talent and recruitment solutions, ideally within the healthcare sector
  • At least 2 years' experience leading/managing a team demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire
  • The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure
  • Target driven, with a proven track record of exceeding KPI's
  • Organised and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English Skills
  • Personable individual, who enjoys developing relationships
  • Proactive and resourceful in your approach to identifying and onboarding excellent candidates to join our team.


About the role:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, we are looking for a proactive and innovative individual, with a passion for recruitment and engaging with candidates every day.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking a wide range of recruitment activities to meet our clients demands
  • Create adverts and monitor their effectiveness in attracting excellent staff
  • Review the current candidate experience, and improve where necessary
  • Day to day management, coaching and support of the recruitment team
  • Work with our Branches and MD to ensure the current workforce is motivated and retained.
  • Ensure staff training is monitored & reviewed and training opportunities for staff are identified.
  • Working with our compliance team ensuring all legislations are met
