Our experience with Alert Health has been very positive. The team go above and beyond to find you the right staff at the right time which is often at very short notice. I have always found them professional, helpful and friendly and would definitely recommend them.

First I filled out an online form, and then the MD rang to introduce himself. What a nice thing to do! The Alert Health staff are really helpful and got me shifts to suit my preferences. They're a really friendly bunch and were able to reassure me on any concerns I had.

I have had the pleasure of booking agency staff with Alert 24 for the last 5 weeks since I started working in my Nursing Home. I have found both the staff that I have dealt with to be very helpful, friendly and accommodating. All requests I have made, have been dealt with efficiently, with quick responses and include the details of who will cover the shift. I have never had a problem getting the phone or email answered, even out of hours, and feel that I can rely on them to do their best to help.

I’ve been working for Alert Health for only a short while, but whenever I went to a new workplace they would always email or phone and ask for my feedback, and also give me feedback from the homes. When the COVID-19 crisis started, their offices shut, but they still carry on working hard from home. Every email and phone call gets answered too and they’re always happy to help their staff. Amazing company.
