Now it's your chance to come and join us on our journey. We have a brand-new opportunity for a Branch Development Executive to help grow one of our branches in Shrewsbury.

 

What is expected of you?

  • Excellent communication skills - the ideal candidate can manage and communicate information clearly and concisely across the company and to external organisations.
  • The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure.
  • Self-motivated / Driven Personality
  • Organised and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport and gain trust.
  • Excellent written and verbal English Skills.
  • Ability to communicate across the multi-disciplinary spectrum.
  • Previous experience in sales role preferable.

 

On a daily basis you will be expected to:

  • Build rapport and gain trust from existing clients through a proactive approach to relationship development
  • Manage live bookings making sure every client receives the best possible level of customer service
  • Resource relevant applicants for roles through CV Screening and meeting them face to face or via a video call and support new staff through the recruitment journey
  • Always provide a responsive and professional service, as well as ensuring confidentiality to our candidates
  • Identify new client opportunities, including booking meetings for the Branch Manager
