We are actively recruiting exceptional Support Workers to work a variety of shift patterns, including either full or part time hours in various Learning Disability and Supported Living settings in and around Herefordshire.

The Role

As a support worker you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of personalised care and support in line with the individual’s needs - supporting them with social activities, assisting them with their  exisiting skills and developing new ones whilst treating them with dignity and respect at all times. Going above and beyond will be a day to day occurrence. Many of the residents we support have complex learning difficulties and brain injuries, so experience in this area is essential and current PMVA/MAPPA/NAPPI training is an advantage.


  • The right to work in the UK
  • A minimum of 3 months care experience in the past 12 months in the UK
  • An up-to-date moving and handling certificate (Training will be provided)
